100 years of 'Croatian Tales of Long Ago'

When Regoč, Potjeh, Kosjenka, the fisherman Palunko, Neva Nevičica and other unforgettable characters from ‘Croatian Tales of Long Ago' which Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić gifted to the world, participate in a workshop then time passes as though it was in a fairy tale – for a moment, you might wish that it would happen all over again. With such impressions we also returned from Ivana's House of Fairy Tales, the Ogulin attraction, where we held a workshop from 9th-10th January upon the centennial anniversary of ‘Croatian Tales of Long Ago’. Fairy tales have their own imaginative principles, and for their transformation into reality, we submitted a plan and work programme for Ivana’s House of Fairy Tales and the Ogulin Fairy Tale Festival.

In somewhat more detail it means: the addition of a permanent display of Ivana’s House of Fairy Tales, a marketing strategy, the devising of new souvenir offers, the development of events, happenings, workshops led by the organisation and content management on the website and social networks of Ivana’s House of Fairy Tales. Participating in the workshop were: Ankica Puškarić, Aleksandra Kolić Puškarić, Sanja Kolić, Sabina Sabljak, Vesna Brozović, Mario Kovač, Dragana Lucija Ratković Aydemir, Ivana Jagić, Iva Klarić and Mirna Draženović.
